温泉利用料は当日、施設に直接お支払いください。金額は施設により異なり、予約確定前にお伝えします。現地までの交通費はお客様のご負担です。
The onsen fee is paid directly to the facility on the day. It differs by facility and is confirmed with you before you book. Travel to the onsen is at your own expense.

予約内容にご同意いただき、予約が確定した時点で、予約手数料をお支払いいただきます。
The booking fee is paid when you agree to the booking details and the booking is confirmed.
サービス提供時期 / When the service is provided
予約手数料のお支払い確認後、当社が温泉施設への予約を行います。温泉のご利用は予約日当日です。
Once we receive the booking fee, we make the reservation with the onsen. You use the onsen on the booked date.
キャンセル・返金 / Cancellation and refunds
予約確定後、予約手数料の返金はいたしません。
温泉施設のキャンセル料が発生する場合は、施設の規定に従い、施設に直接お支払いいただきます。キャンセル規定は予約確定前にお伝えします。
施設側の都合(休業・受入不可など)により温泉をご利用いただけなかった場合は、予約手数料を全額返金いたします。
Once your booking is confirmed, the booking fee is non-refundable.
If the onsen charges a cancellation fee, you pay it directly to the facility under its own policy. We show you the cancellation conditions before you confirm.
If you cannot use the onsen for reasons on the facility’s side (closure, refusal of entry, etc.), we refund the booking fee in full.

当社は、お客様に代わって温泉施設への予約手配および連絡を行います。送迎、宿泊の手配、付き添い、ガイドは行いません。温泉施設の営業、設備、規定について当社は保証いたしません。
We arrange and communicate onsen reservations on your behalf. We do not provide transport, accommodation, accompaniment or guiding. We do not guarantee the operation, facilities or rules of any onsen.
